Design Team.
Zircar Zirconia, Inc. accepts customer drawings or will work with you to develop a professionally drafted drawing of your part. Using our Multicam MG Series CNC Router, with its 5′ x 10′ bed, we machine both our zirconia and alumina fiber products to tolerances as tight as +/- 0.005″. Our quality control personnel then use a Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), which is accurate to five (5) decimal places, to inspect and ensure your parts are in specification.
CNC Precision.
Our standard tolerance on machined parts is ±0.06″. We are able to quote tighter tolerances on a best efforts basis. We employ machine tools that allow for 0.01″ saw kerf and custom shaped joints.
To Your Specs.
Please send us a drawing or sketch and discuss with us your temperature and use requirements and we will be happy to quote your parts in our ceramic fiber materials. We can provide the full range of machined insulation requirements including customer specified materials, to be your one vendor from furnace hot face to skins.
