Administration Sale Officer

About The Opportunity

They are looking for an Administration & Sales Assistant to join the company Newcastle.

Reporting to the Director some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Support the sales team with a range of duties
  • Providing excellent customer service both face to face and on the phone
  • Accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivables
  • Following up on client enquiries
  • Email management and general administration as required

About You 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a similar all-rounder role
  • Experience in the construction or related industry
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • A high level of customer service skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Excellent computer skills
