National Sales Support Specialist
:Full Time Position
:6 month contract
We are seeking a proactive and motivated team player to join our team, as a full time National Sales Support Specialist, who will report into the National Sales Operations Manager. You will provide support to the National Sales Operations Manager, responding to customer queries and supporting the overall account management of our National partnerships. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with knowledge of sales and customer service best practices, and will contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales team operations.
Your new role will include, but is not limited to, the following roles and responsibilities:
- Order entry and invoicing
- Customer return management and reporting
- Inventory and data analysis
- Manage sales tracking tools and reporting
- Pricing and product submissions
- Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, shipping information and relevant problems
- Provide data and guides to help the sales team
- Price list creation and management
- Monthly claims processing
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches
- Review pending orders and specific customer requests, to ensure a “best in class” customer experience
To be successful in this position you will require the following:
Proven work experience as a sales support specialist or sales support associate
Industry knowledge is preferred, but not essential
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
Australian Drivers Licence preferred but not essential
A dynamic, organised, and team-orientated approach with the ability to manage multiple projects, with a high degree of autonomy.
