About The Opportunity
They are looking for an Administration & Sales Assistant to join the company Newcastle.
Reporting to the Director some of your responsibilities will include:
- Support the sales team with a range of duties
- Providing excellent customer service both face to face and on the phone
- Accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivables
- Following up on client enquiries
- Email management and general administration as required
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a similar all-rounder role
- Experience in the construction or related industry
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A high level of customer service skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent computer skills
